All Desktops are having this issue.
Steps.
1. Download and Install Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.2 SP2.
2.Goto BI Launchpad and click Crystal Reports for Enterprise, receive a prompt to download, once download, user can open and it launches the app.
3. Close app, then click on the Icon again, and get the prompt again to download.
4. Can repeat this process.
This seems like a very inconvenient way to access a web app, with having to have a Desktop Version installed first, only then a webapp can be accessed, even then, it prompts to redownload. Is there a step that is being missed?
Is your BOE Server also version 4.2.2?
If not that is why it's asking you to download it, you need to use the same version as the BOE server is.
