SCP Git Repositories authorizations

Hello Community,

I was wondering if it is possible to authorize a developer S-User to only work on a sub-set of Git Repositories in SAP Cloud Platform. At the moment every S-User in the Members section of a subaccount can work on all Git Repositories created under this subaccount.

I checked Git Service SAP Help page (https://help.sap.com/viewer/01ef8239651c40b5806686d4ec6d8944/Cloud/en-US/b8cd659181f549c9ba11af7cf51f5806.html) but didn't found this information.

Has anyone ever tried this?

Thank you!

    Hi Giulia Felappi,

AFAIK there is no such controls on Git Service in SCP.

    Please see the following authorizations:

    https://help.sap.com/viewer/65de2977205c403bbc107264b8eccf4b/Cloud/en-US/f2260746ed8e446fafdeaaa8ab43e307.html?q=managegit

Once you have given the authorization accessGit, developer members of that sub-account will be able to interact with any repository created there in any way they want.

What you could do is create a separate sub-account, which would allow you to create repositories in them. So you would have separate repositories for each group of developers on each sub-account.

    Best regards,
    Ivan
