how to bypass the SSO configuration in SAC for SAP Support



In the "getting support" playlist, the remote connection (SAP Router) or screen sharing (GoToAssist) is proposed as the way forward for SAP Support to analyze any incidents/issues. source:

However, we are wondering if we can provide remote logon without the above options.

i) we have opened a support ticket

ii) we have created a SAP Support user (source:

iii) now we need somehow a way to bypass the SSO configuration (SAP Support user does not exist in the Active Directory)
