C4C integration with S4H after System Refresh

Dear All,

I am facing issue while configuring C4C with S4H Dev system. It is recently converted from ECC to S4Hana 1809. Before conversion, it was refreshed with ECC PRD system. Now I can see Certificate, RFCs, logical System, Profiles according to PRD.

Now I wanted to configure C4C with S4H Dev. When I open SOAMANAGER, I am seeing below error.

Business Application ID was originally created for system: <PRD>_<CLNT>.

Our Dev team has configured some services for C4C. If I repair this inconsistency, will all services will be deleted related to C4C?
