Backoffice managing two perspective with two different permissions

Hi,

I have to manage two perspectives in backoffice with two different permissions for one login

Here we have two perspectives

1. Admin perspective
2. PCM perspective

In admin perspective user has to see global catalog products with read only permission and in editor area user has to see few tabs and sections.

In PCM perspective user has to see his own catalog products with read/write permission and in editor area user has to see all the tabs and sections

Please let me know if there is any solution for this.
