Customer Approval in C4C

There is a situation in which I want to proceed based on customer approval. When the total price of the items added in the request document exceeds a certain amount, I want to get the approval of the customer. I do not want to call the customer for this approval. Do you have a solution for this situation? If we send a code from the C4C system to the customer's mail, can we know if this mail opened or not? If we can't do you have another solution?
