This is a simple configuration done in Manage your solution ap -> Configure your solution -> Contacts and profiels -> 7.Manage interaction content
Go to 'interaction types' and select the desired interaction type. As per default some interaction types are assigned with 'unkown' direction. For example, LEAD interaction type. Just click and change to 'inbound' or 'outbound' as per your requirement.
If you are importing lead transactions from a third party system then it should be 'inbound'.
After this you will be able to see the correct directions on your 'Interacciones' tab.
