Workplace Accommodations

Does the SAP HR product include a function generally called Workplace Accommodations? This is where an employee might ask for a standing desk, due to back problems. Or they need other special equipment due to hearing or sight issues. If there is such a function, if someone could please include a link to the appropriate documentation that would be great. Thank you!
