Filter data by max date by ID

Hi All,

I have a data set of HR data.

In the given table i have EmpID,PreviousCompany,StartDate,EndDate.

But for few lateral hires the rows repeat as they have worked in more than one company.

In sac i need to build a table story which will have one record per employee.
