Blank screen when opening desktop agent in SAP IRPA

Hi,

I've seen this question already referring to the proxy settings. I believe I have the same issue. However it will be quite difficult for me to get my local IT to open up for the direct proxy settings. Any other chance to get it working.

When I launch my desktop agent, it just shows a blank screen. I can't do anything and it doesn't write any logs. My software version is the one downloaded from tools.hana.ondemand.com version 1.0.5.57

Hi all,

this is known issue and will fixed with the 2002 release. In the meantime add registry key CtxtRun.exe with value (in decimal) 11000 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

Please check your OS version:

For OS 32 bits : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION for OS 64 bits : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

Yes it is. I'm using this machine for Sapui5 and nodejs development as well.

Unfortunately I haven't fixed it. Pretty sure it's because of my proxy script. I managed to get access to a virtual desktop with another proxy setting to continue.

Thanks peter.engel I believe it could be caused by proxy.
