Fixed Assets module does not show up

Modules > Administration > Setup > Financials >Fixed Assets does not show up

Modules > Financials >Fixed Assets does not show up

1) User is manager with full access and authorization

2) professional license

3) I've tried with form sitting as below it does not exist

Please Help !
