Hello All,
I am facing one issue may it is not an issue but I am not able to understand.
In CO03 I can see 8 operations but when I check the same order in COOIS-Capacities I can see only first two operations.
I am not aware that which operations are visible in COOIS-Capacities.
I checked the WC data for all WC and the Capacity data is maintained for all operations correctly.
Regards,
Sagar
Hello,
An operation which is relevant for capacity requirement and planning will appear COOIS-Capacities PPIOK000 list. If you want to see all operation then use PPIOO000 operation list in COOIS.
Please cross check the control key for all operation are relevant for capacity planning.

Hi Rupesh,
There are two Production orders for the same material and for one Production order I can see all operation listed out in Capacities tab and for another order only two operation listed under Capacities.
Why we need all operation lists under Capacities is because user is checking the load on particular WC in COOIS-Capacities
I checked all control key and those are relevant to capacities.

Sagar

Hi Rupesh,
I see one difference in the order End date.
i.e. the order which is showing two operations in COOIS-Capacities has the end date as 15.11.2019
and the order which is showing all operations on COOIS-Capacities has the End date as 06.02.2020.
Is this a reason that the old order is showing only two operations in COOIS-Capacities?
Attached is the screenshots of the both the orders.

Sagar

Hello,
I am not sure, may be in your quality system create few more orders for same material in past and feature and then cross check COOIS behavior.

Hello Rupesh,
1.Please check the status and confirmed quantity of operation which is there in COOIS and compare with another operation which is not there in COOIS: There is no issue in the confirmation qty and the operation status.
2.Also check if you have any date selection in COOIS or exclude some order status.: This is the first check I did for every issue. OS there is no any exclude fields or selection.
3.Do you use reduction of capacity of the respective operation is carried out during confirmation for production order?: This will be same for all orders of the same order type right?
My basic question here is that if the two orders having same header material, BOM, Routing, Production version, confirmation status. Still for one order only 2 operations listed under capacities and for other order all operations listed.
What is the criteria for showing the operations under capacities?

Sagar

Do you use reduction of capacity of the respective operation is carried out during confirmation for production order?
If the confirmation was done to operation the confirmation is listed under the operation not in capacity.
