Custom Work Distribution Category for Approval Process

Hi Experts,

I have been creating custom Work Distribution Category for Approval Process of Purchase Order by the following link.

The above link showing the example for "Shopping Cart" and the Work Center that I doing is in "Purchase Order".

All the setting and the implementation are done but the problem is it did not work well.

The status of PO change to "In Approval" and "No approver found" under the Approval Tab of PO.

Also there is no PO to approve at the assigned Employee`s Managing My Area Work Center.

If it can be done, please support me with the detail steps of this for my incomplete skill.
