PPDS S4 deliveries inconsistency

Hi all

We have notice that when we create sales deliveries, this change is not sent to ppds. We need to run report

/SAPAPO/CCR - Execute Comparison/Reconciliation to fix the inconsistency.

The second line in the screenshot is not transferred to ppds.

How can we fix this?

Thanks, but is there any other option than running this report every day?

How can I see why these changes are not transferred to PPDS?

Hello,

SAP itself recommended to run report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 daily.

For difference you can use report like /SAPAPO/CRR

Hello,

In transaction SE38, run report /SAPAPO/PPDS_DELTA_ORD_TRANS by specifying the material and plant. The orders are transferred immediately to SAP APO and are visible in relevant transactions like RRP3.

Also you run the 'Correction Report for Delivery Requirements and Sales Requirements' (transaction /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21) in APO with the option 'Check SD Order Tables'.

Thanks so much but we are working in PPDS S4 hana, and the report does not fix the inconsistency

Hello,

In SAP S/4HANA, the report SDRQCR21 is replaced by the report ATP_VBBE_CONSISTENCY.

Please check report ATP_VBBE_CONSISTENCY report is a technical job which ensures the consistency in the aggregate table VBBE (open quantities/planning relevant in sales documents). This job is a successor of the report SDRQCR21, but with better and enhanced performance, adjusted for S/4 scope, a log persistence on database.

ATP_VBBE_CONSISTENCY report reads all sales orders and deliveries with open quantities and then calculates the respective VBBE entries and compares with the available entries available on the database.

Please use the report ATP_VBBE_CONSISTENCY.
