Dear Experts,
Previously, we have used the maximum number of Communication Scenarios in a solution in SAP Cloud Application Studio for integration.
Now, we have the new requirement to disconnect with the old system and connection with the new system. However, the .csd object has been deployed to Production tenant so we can neither delete the obsolete .csd object nor create new .csd for the new connection as there is no room left.
Please help to advice what could we do in this case. Is there any solution for this?
The quickest option may simply be to copy and paste as much of the solution as you can into a new one. Redoing the screens will be time-consuming but this might be your only option.

Hello Giang,
If I may ask a small query on this:
Is it a point to point connection or you are using any middle-ware system to integrate the two system?

Hi Giang,
If there is a middle-ware around the previous connection, you may try the below work around and see if it makes sense & works: (I have limited knowledge about PI as such) & Also assuming that the new connection can also be established via PI and Point to Point is not mandatory approach.
1) Let the current connection be in place (.csd files etc in C4C). Let the data move out from C4C as per old WSDL file format.
2) In PI, create a new mapping and just map the data coming from C4C to the new WSDL files
3) Change your destination url in the PI system.

Hi Giang,
Could you please tell if the new system has the same data structure to be sent as the old now?
If the requirement is to send the same data in the similar SOAP/WSDL File then you may try the below approach: (Personally I have not faced this issue)
1) Create a new communication system or change the host name of the existing communication system.
2) Move to the existing communication arrangement and change the system id if you are creating a new communication system.
3) Move to the Advanced setting section and change the end point url of the target system.
Try to process the records and see if the data is moved to the new destination system or not.
Not sure if the above approach is the ideal solution but you may try once to see if it works out.
