SAP Analytics Cloud row level auth using live connection

Hi.

I have a setup where SAC connects with a Hana view using hana analytics adapter and all works fine but im not sure how to do row level auth with live data. With SAC model based on odata, it was simply providing access to users on that particular dimension but with live connection should it be handled at the database and not SAC?

Would really appreciate if there is a doc/blog for row level security with live connection data.
