Shipment cost not proportionate to sub items

Dear Member,

While posting shipment cost in VI01 cost is not proportionate to sub items.Please see below screen shot. it should be proportionate to qty.

Also in TK11 condition record i have maintained 100 INR against condition record, but it calculate 100 INR for all sub item. please see below screen shot.

Please suggest.
