Merge tabs in accident log or Work Area screen

Hi. I have 4 tabs in accident log screen made by using value assignment type, clases and characteristics, each one contains only one field(one characteristic). I would like to see all these characteristics in one tab only without loosing the values.

I will apreciate any help.
