Unable to Send SOAP Message to SCPI from SAP ECC

Hi Experts,

I am doing a SOAP scenario in the SCPI in which SAP ECC sending a SOAP request message to SCPI. In SCPI, It got failed with the following error.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
