Hi Experts,
We have a scenario where a particular workitem reached an extra agent is production. We could validate that the workitem was actually forwarded to the extra agent ( SWWWIHEAD and SWWLOGHIST) tables.
Please let know if there is a way to find out what tcode has been used to forward the workitem.
Thanks,
Kinshuk
Hi Kinshuk,
Check workflow log, ans transaction SWI2_FREQ for that date & time range, & business object.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I know the tcodes which can be used to forward workitems. I wanted to know if there is any way to find out which tcode has specifically been used by a user to forward the workitem?
Thanks and Regards,
Kinshuk

Hi Kinshuk,
SAP workitems can be forwarded using SAP transactions codes:
SBWP (SAP Business Workplace) (Settings > WorkflowSettings > MaintainSubstitute)
SWIA (enter workitem#, execute, "AdminForward, userid)
SWI1_RULE (for agent determination via rule)
SWI2_ADM1 (for workitems with deleted agents)
SWI2_ADM2
