Financial data not rolling up from Item to Bucket in PPM S/4 HANA

Hello Experts,

We have an issue where the Financial planning data from PPM Item is not rolling up to Bucket.

The Planning, Budgeting is done in PS and values are transferred to PPM. The PS project is linked to the PPM Item.

We execute the reports /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING and RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER, with Trigger Planning & Rollup.

But the data is only updated at the item level and not at the bucket level. The values at bucket level shows zero.

Can you please let me know what I'm missing here.

Hello Sandeep,

Thanks for your inputs, I raised a ticket with SAP and the issue is solved after implementing the note 2852073.

Hi Vijay,

I am not sure if it can help you.

Check the configuration "Global settings" if all the relevant switched maintained.

Portfolio Management -> Global Customizing -> Global Settings -> Default Global Settings

e.g. 0002 - 0012, 0006 - 0016, 0007 - 0008,0009

Hope there is currency conversation handling issue.

Thanks for your comments. I have done the settings as per your suggestion.

While running the reports /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING & RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER, I'm entering the Portfolio ID and the Bucket ID, with option "Integr.,Planning & Rollup" and "Trigger Planning & Rollup" respectively.

Still I don't find the value in the bucket after running the reports.

Also I don't find any warnings in

Attaching the screen shot of settings in "Define Financial and Capacity views".

Hi Vijay,

Did you enter Bucket id in /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING or RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER??

Try once executing report /RPM/BUCKET_ROLLUP.

Also, check whether the item is linked to same Bucket for which you are looking rolled up those financial values.

Thereafter, check whether the following customization is in place under "Define Financial and Capacity views"

"Applicable to Bucket" must be ticked,

"Financial planning Bucket process" must be set as "Rollup",

"Bucket /Initiative Rollup Source Filter" must be set as "All items" if there is no such filter required.

Do let me know if all those are in place and still not working.
