RAM Size Requirement for S/4HANA Instance

Dear Expert,

I have a two system Landscape on one BOX with below is the specification of the server

4TB Size of storage 440GB RAM size.

Below is what is installed on this Server

Dev Instance (S/4HANA) , QA Instance S/4HANA), BW On HANA instance and IDES 1610.

My challenge is that the RAM space i currently have on the system is about 12GB free. what advice do you have for me

Split the landscape onto separate boxes or add more RAM
