I installed SAP B1 9.1 PL6 in one virtual machine of server, installation was installed successfully and if I export crystal report Layout for doing some modification and then import it's imported successfully but the problem is if I try to do print preview that CR Layout I modified in SAP B1 client it opens up window asks SQL credentials even if I enter those the credentials CR Layout is not opened, SQL user (sa) is locked automatically and I keep wait like 35 minutes in order to be unlocked by SQL itself.
I read different documents of SAP B1 they say that 9.1 has that issue but the issue was solved in 9.1 PL11 so I upgraded to 9.2 PL00 but the issue is still same, I uninstalled crystal report and SAP client and then reinstall them but does not support.
Original CR Layout of SAP works fine and Report I create in CR works fine, the only problem is to modify original CR Layout of SAP B1 does not allow print preview.
How can I solve that the issue?
