Consider component material's "cure time" during MRP run

Hello,

Requirement: we need to account for raw material "cure" time during planning.

Scenario: following GR, raw material needs to sit in inventory for 4 days before it can be issued to production (to manufacture its parent material).

Example: material A is a finished good, made in-house, which uses raw material B in its recipe. Material A's in-house production time is 1 day. Material B's GR processing time is 4 days.

Problem 1: MRP considers material B as available immediately (checking rule considers QI stock as available).

Problem 2: GR processing time will help during purchase order scheduling, which is fine, but we need MRP to back-date planned order start for 4 days following raw material goods receipt.

In other words, end result needs to be material A planned order duration = 5 days.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

P.S. We need to solve this problem without using PPDS, i.e. using standard MRP in S/4 1610 OP.
