MSS PCR modify help link

MSS 60.1 in PCRs on the actual change request form at the bottom right hand side there is a link

'For more information, click here'

that takes the user to www.sap.com. The docs don't describe how to config this to point to a useful help link.

Can anyone tell me how to config this or do I have to find the relevant JSP page in the package and hack it?
