Asset Accounting (NEW) Fiscal Year Change

Hi

We are using Asset Accounting (NEW) and we are going to change the fiscal year for the first time from 2015 to 2016

I follow the steps

1- FAGLGVTR - Balance Carryforward - Central FI

2- AJAB - Execute

The system closes 2015 without any error message but not open 2016.

As I know we should have 2 years open in the system but only show 2015 the current fiscal year in table T093C

what is the reason to not change and why we have only one open year

When we post assets value, the system not stored any data in table FAAT_PLAN_VALUES

we develope ABAP program to refill this table

Why would you do this? Just report it to SAP. It's their problem to solve, not yours!

Dear Alaa,

To change Fiscal Year for Fixed Assets use AJRW-Fiscal Year Change.

We are in new assets accounting S4HANA and no more AJRW for change fiscal year
