    Hi JM

We cannot trace that IP address by our-self but if you really want that i think you need to raise an incident.

We once raised an incident to put the IP address of the last logon user in BI report or any other feature, and here is their reply.........

"We dont keep IP data of customer, we can provide the login & logout details of users as part of audit logs. In case IP details are needed then customer has to come up with 24 hours requesting for IP details for a user or multiple users, we can retrieve this data from our Web dispatcher logs, Please note these WD logs are not retained and will be over written incase the request is for more than past 24 hours."

So, SAP saying is they can provide you the ip details only for the past 24 hours, after you raise an incident requesting for the "Intentional purpose".

When you raise an incident about that they will ask you to provide "2" things......

    1. To provide time stamps from when the ip address details are required!!

    2. To let them know for what purpose its required!!

One more thing is you can get other information at the BI report "User logon details"!!

Hope it help you even if it does not meet your requirement!!!

    Hi JM,

You can use the command - Tracert in the cmd prompt.

Feel free to ask/comment on this solution. If this answer suffices your requirement/question, then I request you to Mark the question as answered.
