Importing Boolean Values - FALSE

Dear Experts,

I have created a customer checkbox, but when importing data - where I want to change a checkbox from TRUE to FALSE, what value should be used. Import TRUE works fine using 'X', but whichever character I use for FALSE does not work. An import error is displayed each time.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi,

In order to pass FALSE to your custom field you need to leave the column as BLANK i.e. no need to use any character for FALSE notation.

In Summary,

TRUE: 'X'

FALSE:
