Hi,
I am new to SAP TR. I would like to know what is the difference between Mid-year valuation without reset/with reset and how they affect the postings.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Kenny
Hi Kenny
To continue with Jonathan Eamans comments and making it in simple:
Valuation with Reset: Valuation and Reset to be done every valuation run for he given dates.
Valuation without Reset: Valuation will be continued till given key date. No Reset here.

Venkateswara

Hi Kenny,
When you flag a valuation run with reset, the valuation posting is done at key date (normally end of the month) and reset/reversal is done the next day. And this is repeated each valuation run with reset.
When you flag a valuation run without reset, the valuation posting is done at key date (normally end of the month) but no reset/reversal is done the next day. With the next run, a delta valuation posting (i.e. current valuation - previous valuations not reset/reversed) is done.
Best regards,
Jonathan Eemans
