Hello,
You need to have explosion off for product 700000040 as R1 whereas you have defined it at 900000031. I am not sure weather it works for byproduct. As by-product is receipt in this case may be you can use MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA BADI with your own logic.

For product 'A' I am using 100 qty of 'B'.
For product 'C' I am using -200 qty of 'B' as byproduct.
PIR for material 'A' & 'C' is 1.
Running the MRP at plant level.
The dependent requirement -100 QTY from material 'A' is not creating the planned order for the material 'B' since the dependent requirement +200 QTY from material 'C' replenishing the stock.
So I need to restrict the dependent requirement of the material 'C' which is replenishing the stock of material 'B'.

Hi,
Explosion type is applicable for some of the special procurement keys (Ex. switch on/ Switch off the phantom assembly planning, Direct procurement/production planning.)
since you're using as By-product, this gonna be a stock once you finished your production (same as + stock in your MD04 screen).
Could you please elaborate of your requirement?
