Hi Guys,
AS2 receiver channel HTTPS ,when i try to ping the channel am getting the below error. Please help.

HTTP error code 500 indicates a server problem on the remote end. You need to contact your partner to find out more detail on why the error has occurred to see if there is anything that needs to be done on your end.
