Dialog endpoint doesn't work anymore

Hi all,

requests to the dialog endpoint (https://api.cai.tools.sap/build/v1/dialog) doesn't work anymore. The sent message will be received by SAP Conversational AI (can see them in monitor tab), but the bot always responds with the message of the fallback skill.

Hi John,

thank you very much for your feedback. I just tried creating a bot with greetings skills from scratch and it worked fine for me, so I would need a little more information to be able to help.

Could you perform the following steps until one of them is negative/fails:

- Is the greetings skill still there?
- Are you using the default skill trigger conditions that where created by the platform or did you modify them?
- In the right lower corner of your bot builder UI you find the "chat with your bot" button. Please send a "hi". The message with which the bot responds show a little i with yellow background. If you click on that you can see debug information to that request in JSON format. Please find the logs element and watch for "I_SKILL_TRIGGERED" - could you paste the complete "data" section here please?
