How to exclude LTP run Materials from running MRP

Hello SAP Gurus,

We are running LTP for BOM to create Planned orders and convert them to Purchase requisitions. Also, MRP is running on all materials separately, Is there any standard configuration in SAP to exclude Materials from MRP run for which requisitions are already created in LTP?
