Issue with desktop agent to run project

Hi Team

I am facing some issue in executing PO_Confirmation bot. After i have installed the desktop agent and setup my Cloud Factory account, I imported the PO_confirmation package for OP and deployed it.

After i had setup the trigger as Attendent_02 and also in the desktop agent selected the interactive mode still i do not get the project in the agent to start. Please help to provide clues to troubleshoot the issue. Am I missing some step here.

In my case, I have the same SDK version and it is still not showing the project.

It is not the desktop studio version that matter, but the SDK version of the desktop package in the cloud factory. Highlighted below to the right bottom. The picture below is of a package from store.

You will find the project archive in the packages in store, highlighted above to the left top. Download it, rebuild using your desktop studio and deploy it to cloud factory. That way you can change the SDK version.

I checked the version and both Studio and Agent are having same version 1.0.8.36. Kindly help.

I had faced this problem when the project SDK version is incompatible with the agent's SDK version. Please check the version of SDK in the project and that of your agent. If the project SDK is older than supported by your agent's SDK, download the project and rebuild using your desktop studio to upgrade the SDK. Upload and prepare a deployment again.
