A 3rd party order is created with some quantity after saving purchase requisition is being created. We are creating PO using this PR in ME59N. After PO created the schedule line qty. is changing to Zero in the 3rd party order.
No customer exits are changing this value.
We found this in SAP standard code
* If it is an immediate order and no delivery item category exists

The code after this comments is changing the schedule line qty. to Zero.
