Good Issue for Production

Dear experts,

I have a question about good issue for production. I created BOM for finished good A. However to produce A, i need some other material which are not in BOM such as: glue, tape... . These material can not be estimated exactly because they are used for many kinds of finished products, and employees. In SAP B1, I know they have a function name: Good Issue, allow user can release good issuse link with cost center and journal entry will be released. In BYD, I found function: Cosmsumption for Cost Center. However, the system don't create automatically JE. Could you help me. Thank in advance.

Dear Anh,

In the production make task, you have the option to add consumables as an additional item using the Add Row button. Have you tried this? In this way you will be able to tag and cost the amount of ad-hoc items you have consumed for a particular production order.

Dear Anand,

In this case, i want to issue the material for the several production lots.

For example, i have two production lots ( Product: Bed 1, Bed 2). I use the white paint to paint for these two production lots. Note that the white pain is not assigned in the BOM (bed 1, bed 2). So, I want to allocate this paint cost for these two production lots.

I hope that you have the solution to my problem.

Dear Anh,

Go to the relevant production make task of the production lot you have informed, select the input product tab and use the Add Row button to add the white paint product code and the qty you used.

This should work for you.
