can we create product specification for raw material? sap bydesign

Dear Experts,

I have created product specification for finished goods in bill of material.

I want to create product specification for raw materials in bill of material, which i am not able to do in the system.

In the above screen i have to create product specification for raw material.

Kindly let me know whether we can achieve this.
