Snote via DBACOCKPIT

The DBA COCKPIT tries to download a pair of snotes from the Performance / Dashboard tab.
This message comes up.

The same thing happens when I run the report: RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA

Please help.

After implementation of note 2399707 as described in note 2882166 the problem is solved

It could happen if your system is in very older version. Its time for you to configure Digital Snote for your system. If not done yet, you can check the Digital Snote implementation process mentioned in below,

Thank you very much. The DBACOCKPIT works now. But if I run this report: RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA

I get this Login Screen

And that is not our SAP system.

What happens there and how can you fix it?

SAP Note 2854850 - DB6: Disable Check for SAP Master Note should solve your problem.
