Infopackage loading issue

The Infopackages are getting stuck in yellow even after the extraction job completes successfully in source system and all the records were received in BW system. We have checked for the TRFC and IDoc also. everything looks fine. But the QM status is not turning green

Hi Lakshmi,

The first things comes to my mind is IDocs, If they are Stuck, If yes then you can process it in ECC t-code - BD87.

Apart from this can you check is the Setting of Info-Package. for the setting "Treatment of Warning" in Info-Package.

Go to Scheduler --> Treatment of Warning.

Please check if this is yellow /Green.
