Dear Experts,
Long time no talk ! Happy new year 2020 !
Enough with formalities 🙂 Let's get straight to the point
I'm trying to build a key figure that would give me the number of outstanding days a transaction has not been invoiced.
So, I adapted the data source to get the provisioning date as a key figure. I created a new key figure using this formula :
[Today] - [Provisioning Date], no exceptional aggegrated
But the result I get is incorrect, 737 435 for all dates...Not too sure what it represents 🙂
Is it something that what I am missing or is there alternative way to achieve this calculation ?
Thanks for your future help !
Andréanne
Hi Andreanne,
I think that the "Provisioning Date" key figure should be empty. If you can add this key figure to the report you can verify if the issue is that the key figure are empty of values, so your formula every time calculate "today - empty".

Hi Gerard,
Thank you for the hint. This morning, I looked my report again, and it worked, I haven't changed anything. Not too sure what happened over the weekend :-). For your information, I looked at the date key figure and it wasn't empty...
The good news is that it is perfect now..
Have a nice day,
Andréanne
