From Hac -> Hac/Maintenance/Encryption Keys/Generation -> if you generate a new keyfile it places the new key file under hybris/config/security path.

Based on your error message your system is looking for a file with name default-256-bit-aes-key.hybris under hybris/config/security - which is generated in above step.

Either generate the file that matches this name or point to platform generated file.
