Work Manager 6.3 do not download DMS document from the equipment

Hi experts

I cannot download DMS documents when they are attached to a PM equipment and this equipment is not part of any order or notification in Work Manager client. When the equipment is part of an order or a notification, it is downloaded correctly

    Hi Eduardo,

    Can you check the C: drive folder where your documents are normally downloaded to see if there is a file there and if you can open that file outside of the app? Also, please check to see if the same download action is being called when you click on download from equipment tab verse from an equipment associated with a work order.
