No Functional Location and Equipment is downloaded

Hi

We are trying to download functional location and equipment data for

MAM2.5. No data is downloaded to the mobile device after we click

synchronisation . Only data is getting downloaded to the mobile device.

On further investigation we found that MEREP_207 has the data for both

MAM_030 and MAM_031 syncbos. The work list monitor shows an error when

we try to display the data for syncbos.

For your information we are running on MI server SP11 and the PI is on

patch level 0009(SAPKIPZI59).

Please let us know if we need to upgrade

Hi sid,

Did yoou replicate before sync? The data of T01 & related syncBos from backend will not reach the client unless replicated on the server.

i replicated them before sync still then it give me the same problem

Hi Sid,

Have you defined the scenarios properly on the backend? I am not completely aware about it but as per my limited knowledge you need to assign the users correctly to the scenarios which will allow you to get the data.

Also please ensure that the data has come in the middleware (RDB - table merep_207) and do let me know about it.

i could get the uncustomised feilds after synchronisation

but not able to retrive the custimized fields into the client

can u pls help me with a solution

hello,

what is the type of these syncbo (for check the type of your syncbo goto sap transaction 'merep_pd', synchronizer tab, goto page 24 of 'smartsync troubleshooting guide')?

only if the type is DIFFERENT to 'S01', you need to start transaction for execute data replication From Backend -> to replicaDB (this db contains all the data for the frontend). the name of sap transaction is 'MEREP_EX_REPLIC'. (you can read another useful answer : )

Hi Sid,

It may happen that your syncBo is not enabled. Go to the transaction merep_pd and under 'Synchronizer' tab search for your syncBo and enable it.

Also please provide me with the logs for the syncBo for which you are get data properly. You will find this in merep_mon.
