ChaRM ans ITSM supported attachments

Hi guys,

Is there any way to see which attachment files are allowed in SAP Solution Manager - Change Request Manager?

I've found SAP Notes with some info about ITSM allowed attachment types

• 569392 SAP Support Desk: Send attachments to SAP,
• 1510518 Incident Management: Warning for invalid file types

but I'd like to know if the same applies for charm.

My SAP Solution Manager is not yet configured. I'd just like to know if there is any way yo know this information before.

Please let me know if you have any idea.
