Hi,

we are on SAP_BW 753 0001 SAPK-75301INSAPBW SAP Business Warehouse (Embedded BW-Within S/4 HANA)

I am getting the following error while trying to create a BEx query on top of a Transient Provider.

Please suggest a way forward.

Hi Ramkumar,

Please let me know if you have found solution for the issue. I am trying to create query on top of CDS view(Cube type) selected as transient provider. As this Std. CDS View has some parameters defined in it, it's throwing this error.

Thank you for the response and it is really appreciated.

--> Regarding the note 2262899 following is the reply I got from my basis team:

After going through note there are no code changes mentioned in this note and also note is for BW NetWeaver versions and BW on Hana version but not for BW/4HANA and S/4HANA (embedded analytics). Note is not applicable.

--> Regarding the Wiki: I am not going through a virtual provider way in my case.

Steps followed:

1) Open the Query designer -> Create New Query

2) Selected the Transient provider 2CISDSLSORDBYMNTHC

3) Check the query definition and got the following error

How can I solve this?

Please advise.
