How we can query the Account based on Two parameter as OR Condition.

Hello Experts,

I want to search/query for Account based on selection filter "Customer Portal Group" OR "Customer Portal Type" both as OR Condition, because you know that advanced search filter query the record based on AND Condition. So here my requirement is that , search the data using "Customer Portal type" OR "Customer Portal Group" using both parameter as OR condition.Means if we set the both parameter, but "Customer Portal Group" is blank then it should only display the Customer Portal type related Data.
