LTMC/ LTMOM Maintenance Plan Issue

Hi,

i'm working on a new S4 Hana Implementation from Legacy, we need to migrate Maintenance Plan, we used the LTMC standard object but the field "Measuring Point" is not mapped, I added it in the Source Structure but it's not accepting the mapping with the same field within the target Structure, issue is related to "Maintenance Plan" and "Cycle Definition" that can't be mapped from source to Target Structure, as "Measuring Point" is within node "Cycle Definition".

i tried to mapped from source Structure the field "Maintenance Plan" with the same field within "Cycle Definition" node and it gives me an error:

HERE'S the message error I have when mapping Source Structure.Maintenance plan to Target Structure.Maintenance plan:

do i need to create any field within the Source Structure for the Activity Indicator field?

Hi,
I have a similar question, I need to migrate the data of Maintenance Plan having 3 different scenario:

1. Single cycle with route and system condition
2. Multiple counter plan with system condition
3. Strategy Plan with route and system condition

I have added the required fields in LTMOM steps and mapped as well in field mapping but after execution using LTMC , the data did not show up in the IP03 for Maintenance plan
Could you please help me out if anything is missed as I have mapped everything in LTMOM.



Also for 2nd and 3rd point , could you please let me know how can I differentiate between these 3 as I everytime i end up creating single cycle MP only.
It would be helpful if you could suggest step by step procedure for this data migration of Maintenace Plan using LTMOM.

Hello Abdelhalim.

Yes source structure Maintenance Plan should be mapped to Cycle Definition. It's done by default in my system.

the same message is displayed, even when the field Maintenance Plan from structure Maintenance Plan is mapped to the same field within structure Cycle definition. is it because this Source Structure is not mapped to the Cycle definition structure? if I do this mapping (Structure Maintenance Plan mapped to Cycle Definition structure) will it cause any trouble to the object run?

Hello. Please map your source structure Maintenance Plan to target structure Cycle definition first. Choose Structure Mapping for that.
