How to call a customer from opportunity overview page using endroid device?

Hi!

Can someone please help me in below scenario.

We want our sales executives to call their respective opportunities directly from the opportunity overview page.

Currently when they click on the number it is not clickable. Every time they have to copy, open the key pad, paste and then make a call.

Is there any possibility to make it clickable?

Hi Khushboo,

Not all standard phone number fields in SAP Cloud for Customer are clickable. Hopefully, they are going to change that in the future. But now you can create clickable custom phone number custom field.

When creating a custom field it in Adaptation mode choose Global Data Type, after that new field Global Data Types will appear and here choose PhoneNumber. Save your field and you can use it.
