MMC - No process table

environment:

OS - Win 2k3 standard

EP - ep 6.2.31.0 on was 620

sf - SCSCLIENTEP_5-20000497.SAR

I am trying to use the sf to start my dev portal. All I can see is jcontrol.exe in the process list and I don't even have a process table option to view. I am told that I should be able to see all nodes running in the DEV environment. I am missing something here. I have referenced note 748713, 701278 and 684106.

Hi Bob,

When I've seen this before it's been due to the following two lines having the SID instead of the instance id.

In the jcontrol_00 and start_00 profiles do you have:

INSTANCE_NAME = JC00

(and not the sid like DEV1)
