Create Goods Receipt Error " Document Could not be found or does not contain any relevant item"

We have Folder Inventory Management Folder in SAP Portal, in which we are creating good receipt and good receipt reversal getting error " Document Could not be found or does not contain any relevant item"(Screen Shot attached) . User can able to perform the same through Transaction Code : MIGO in GUI . We have checked the Dynpro iview not found much out of it . Also checked in Repository Information ->Web Dynpro -> Web Dynpro Applicat-> Application_Configuration : Tested the Service with Application name : Working. How to find the Tcode running behind the creating good receipt and good receipt reversal . The MIGO Screen is different than the screen able to see in Portal . Also Some of the users are able to perform and some of them are getting above error message , Also we have created test id and replication same access of the user who is able to perform , but for the testid also getting same error message .
